Avyaan began his One Football Championship journey representing South City FC, adapting to a new group of players and a fast, 5-a-side format. It has already brought out another side of his game — positional freedom, combination play, communication and the confidence to influence the game from wherever he finds himself on the pitch.
One Football Championship (OneFC) is a Bangalore club championship at U-10, now in its third season — a league phase running into knockouts. Avyaan turned out for South City FC, coached by Sakthivel A and Jamson.

In the opening games the team was so comfortable in possession that the boys began rotating positions naturally. Defensive midfielders became forwards, forwards dropped into midfield, and players simply took control of the ball from wherever they found themselves.
Even with comfortable leads, they often chose to pass to a team-mate rather than chase another goal. For Avyaan, it’s been a chance to enjoy football without the pressure of proving himself — asking for the ball, giving it back, moving to receive it again, helping team-mates into better positions.
Football played with confidence, freedom, and a little bit of swagger.
